Returns & Exchanges

You must inform us of any return or exchange request within 7 days of receipt with a valid reason. Products bought on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Conditions

Products must be unused, unmodified, and in their original packaging. The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer, and the company is not liable for damages during transit. Please clearly mark the Order Number and Contact Details on the return package.

Refund Mode & Fees

Instead of cash or bank refunds, a coupon code will be provided for future purchases. A deduction of Rs. 150 is applied for all exchanges and returns as a processing fee.
